Surveyor - Land Development


We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Surveyor to join our land development team in Muscat. As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting site surveys, creating maps and plans, and providing accurate data for land development projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site surveys to determine property boundaries, topography, and other relevant information.
- Use specialized equipment such as GPS, total stations, and aerial photography to collect data.
- Analyze survey data to create maps, plans, and reports for land development projects.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accurate data collection and analysis.
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations regarding land use and development.
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress.
- Maintain accurate records of survey data and prepare detailed reports.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Surveyor in land development projects.
- Proficient in using surveying equipment such as GPS, total stations, and aerial photography.
- Strong understanding of local laws and regulations related to land use and development.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.

This position is open to Pakistani nationals as well as foreigners who have a valid work visa. Fluency in English is preferred but not required. Experience in land development projects is not mandatory; however, candidates must have a strong interest in the field. We offer a competitive salary of 900$ per month for this position.
