Entry-Level Preservation Architect
As an entry-level Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for assisting in the preservation and restoration of historical buildings and structures in Mauren. Your role will involve conducting site surveys, preparing reports and drawings, and collaborating with other architects and preservation specialists. A keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a passion for historic preservation are key qualities for this position. Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site surveys and document existing conditions of historical buildings
- Prepare detailed reports and drawings outlining proposed restoration plans
- Collaborate with senior architects and preservation specialists to develop restoration strategies
- Assist with research on historical building materials, construction methods, and architectural styles
- Ensure all work complies with local regulations and preservation standards
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other project stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field
- Knowledge of historic preservation principles and techniques
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other drafting software
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements
Salary:
1400$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location:
Mauren, Liechtenstein (candidates must be willing to relocate)
Note: This is an entry-level position open to Indian candidates without prior experience or accommodation. Fluency in English is not required but preferred. Training will be provided on-the-job.
