We are seeking a talented and experienced Preservation Architect to join our team in Mauren, Liechtenstein. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historical buildings and structures. This role requires attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting research on historical buildings and structures
- Creating preservation plans and proposals
- Inspecting and assessing the condition of buildings and structures
- Developing and implementing restoration strategies
- Collaborating with engineers, contractors, and other professionals on preservation projects
- Ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards
- Managing project budgets and timelines
- Preparing reports for clients and stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Preservation Architect
- Strong knowledge of architectural history, building materials, and construction techniques used in historical buildings
- Excellent research skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills

Preferred Requirements:
The following requirements are preferred but not mandatory:
- Nationality from Egypt or Kenya
- Previous experience working on preservation projects in Egypt or Kenya
