Part-time Metal Worker in Lisbon

Our metalworking company in Lisbon is seeking a skilled and experienced Metal Worker to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Metal Worker, you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal parts using various tools and techniques. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for metalworking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other technical drawings
- Use hand and power tools to cut, shape, and manipulate metal materials
- Weld, solder, or braze metal parts together to create finished products
- Conduct quality control checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications
- Troubleshoot issues with machinery or equipment as needed
- Follow safety protocols at all times to maintain a safe working environment

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Metal Worker or similar role
- Proficient in using hand and power tools specific to metalworking
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Knowledge of welding, soldering, and brazing techniques
- Familiarity with safety procedures when working with metals
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Own visa/work permit in Portugal preferred

Salary: $1600 per month (based on 20 hours per week)
