Personal Trainer - Fitness Coach (Female preferred)

We are a leading fitness center in Oslo, Norway seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Personal Trainer to join our dynamic team. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for providing personalized fitness plans and coaching to our clients. We are looking for a female candidate who is passionate about health and wellness and can inspire and motivate others to achieve their fitness goals.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual fitness assessments for clients to determine their current fitness level
- Develop customized workout plans based on client's goals, abilities, and preferences
- Monitor client progress and provide ongoing support, adjustments, and motivation
- Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and ensure safety during workouts
- Educate clients on the importance of nutrition and create meal plans as needed
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and research to continuously improve training methods

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Trainer or similar role (0-2 years)
- Passion for health and wellness with excellent communication skills
- Certification in personal training or related field (ACE, NASM, ACSM preferred)
- Knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and exercise science principles
- Ability to create effective workout plans for individuals with various fitness levels
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
