Barber - Men's Salon Manager



As a Barber and Men's Salon Manager at our luxurious salon in Al Ahmadi, you will be responsible for providing exceptional grooming services to our diverse clientele. We are seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our team and lead our salon operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a wide range of barbering services including haircuts, beard trims, shaves, and styling for men
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the salon including scheduling appointments, coordinating with other staff members, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Train and supervise junior barbers to ensure high-quality services are provided to clients
- Keep up-to-date with current trends in men's grooming and incorporate them into the services offered at the salon
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
- Handle client inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Manage inventory levels of products used in the salon and place orders as needed
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the salon's services through social media platforms and other marketing channels

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a barber or hairstylist specializing in men's grooming
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (knowledge of Arabic is an advantage)
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of different hair types, styles, and grooming products
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and build long-lasting relationships with clients
- Knowledge of current trends in men's grooming is essential
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays

Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
