Architectural Designer (Lisbon, Portugal)


We are looking for a talented and experienced Architectural Designer to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and developing design concepts for various construction projects. Your main objective will be to ensure that all designs meet client requirements and adhere to industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the project team to develop initial design concepts based on client requirements
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather necessary information for design development
- Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed drawings and blueprints
- Develop 3D models and renderings of proposed designs
- Prepare and present design proposals to clients
- Make any necessary revisions or modifications to designs based on client feedback
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals throughout the construction process to ensure designs are executed accurately

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design, preferably in residential or commercial projects
- Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools such as SketchUp, Revit, or AutoCAD
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively to clients and team members
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1100 per month for this contract position.
