Web Developer - Contract Position (Alta, Norway)

We are seeking a skilled Web Developer to join our team in Alta, Norway. As a Web Developer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining websites and web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript and other relevant programming languages. You will work closely with our design and marketing teams to ensure the functionality and user experience of our websites align with business goals and user needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new websites and web applications based on project requirements
- Maintain and update existing websites with new features or content
- Troubleshoot and debug technical issues as they arise
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams to ensure functional and visually appealing websites
- Optimize website performance for maximum speed and scalability
- Keep up-to-date with emerging web technologies and industry trends

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Web Developer
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant programming languages
- Experience working with Wordpress or other content management systems
- Familiarity with SEO principles
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
