Entry Level Florist



As an entry level florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful and unique floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, funerals, and special events. You will work closely with our experienced florists to learn the art of floral design and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and creative environment.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing flowers for arrangements by trimming, cleaning, and conditioning
- Learn how to create various types of floral arrangements such as bouquets, centerpieces, and wreaths
- Help with general shop duties such as cleaning, organizing, and inventory management
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs and preferences
- Learn how to use different tools and materials to create unique designs
- Follow established safety guidelines when working with sharp tools or chemicals

Requirements:
- No prior experience required; we are willing to train the right candidate
- Passion for floral design and creativity
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Good communication skills with a positive attitude towards team members and customers
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends or holidays if needed
