We are seeking a skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at our upscale restaurant in Dar Kulaib. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and create innovative menus that showcase the best of local and international cuisine
- Oversee the entire kitchen team, including hiring, training, and scheduling staff
- Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain efficient operations
- Implement and maintain proper food safety procedures to ensure compliance with health codes
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and make necessary adjustments to menus and operations accordingly

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant setting
- Extensive knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and kitchen procedures
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with staff, management, suppliers, and customers
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality
and efficiency
- Must have experience working in a similar role in Dar Kulaib or the surrounding area
Salary: 1000$ per month

This is a full-time position with potential for growth within our company. Candidates must have their own valid visa for employment.
