Job Title: Librarian - Bansko



We are hiring a Librarian to join our team in Bansko, Bulgaria. As a Librarian, you will be responsible for organizing and managing the library's resources and services. You will also assist patrons in finding and accessing information and resources.

Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain the library's collections, including books, periodicals, audiovisual materials, and digital resources
- Develop and implement library policies and procedures
- Assist patrons in finding and accessing information and resources
- Provide reference services to patrons
- Plan and organize library programs and events
- Manage the library's budget and acquisitions process
- Train and supervise library staff
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and trends in library services

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Library Science or a related field
- Fluency in English (knowledge of any other language is a plus)
- 2+ years of experience working as a librarian or in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of library management systems and digital resources

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1000$ per month.
