Courier Delivery Associate


We are a fast-paced courier company based in Mombasa, seeking a Courier Delivery Associate to join our team. As a Courier Delivery Associate, you will be responsible for delivering packages and documents to various locations within the city. This role requires excellent time management skills, physical stamina, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver packages and documents to designated locations within the city on a daily basis
- Plan efficient routes to ensure timely delivery
- Verify addresses and obtain signatures for proof of delivery
- Communicate with customers to provide updates on delivery status
- Handle any customer inquiries or concerns in a professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries made
- Adhere to traffic laws and safety guidelines while driving

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Prior experience as a courier or delivery driver preferred
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in all types of weather conditions
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Familiarity with Mombasa roads and neighborhoods is an asset
