Interpreter (Part-Time)
Our company, based in Lisbon, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Interpreter to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Interpreter, you will be responsible for accurately translating verbal communication between two or more individuals who do not speak the same language. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for languages and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and efficient interpretation services in various settings such as business meetings, conferences, and legal proceedings.
- Act as a liaison between individuals who do not speak the same language, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Maintain confidentiality and neutrality at all times during interpretation sessions.
- Conduct thorough research and preparation prior to interpreting to ensure accuracy.
- Take notes during interpretation sessions and provide summaries if necessary.
- Adhere to professional standards of conduct and ethics.

Requirements:
- Fluency in at least two languages including English.
- Proven experience as an interpreter in various settings.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to convey messages accurately.
- Strong understanding of cultural differences and sensitivities.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle unexpected situations during interpretation.
- Proficient computer skills for research purposes.

Salary: $1100 per month (part-time)
Location: Lisbon, Portugal (no accommodation provided)
