Freelance Social Media Manager



We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Freelance Social Media Manager to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a freelancer, you will have the flexibility to work remotely and manage your own schedule. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of 1700$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Create engaging content for various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- Monitor social media trends and analyze data to optimize content performance
- Collaborate with our marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns
- Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices
- Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging content
- Experience in creating visual content using design software such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Must be legally authorized to work in Lithuania
