Construction Project Manager

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects in Al-Rayyan. Your main duties will include planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the construction process from start to finish. You will also be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed within budget and on schedule while maintaining high quality standards.

To excel in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience as a Construction Manager in the Philippines or other Asian countries. You must have strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate with contractors, subcontractors, and other team members. A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage all aspects of construction projects
- Create project schedules and ensure that timelines are met
- Prepare cost estimates and budgets for projects
- Review project plans and blueprints to ensure accuracy
- Communicate with contractors, subcontractors, and other team members to ensure smooth project execution
- Oversee the procurement process for materials and equipment
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Conduct quality control checks to maintain high standards of workmanship
- Prepare progress reports for senior management

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Construction Manager in the Philippines or other Asian countries
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills to work with diverse contractors and team members
- Proficient in project management software such as Primavera or Microsoft Project
- Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes in Qatar is preferred

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1100$ per month.
