Personal Trainer

We are hiring a motivated and experienced Personal Trainer to join our team at a leading fitness center in Al-Kuwait. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for creating and implementing personalized workout plans for clients based on their fitness goals and abilities. You will also provide guidance on nutrition, monitor progress, and offer support and motivation to help clients achieve their desired results.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Personal Trainer
- Certification in personal training or related field
- Strong knowledge of exercise science, nutrition, and fitness equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English
- Preferably Indian nationality
- Willing to work with diverse clients
- Ability to work flexible hours

Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial consultations with clients to determine their fitness goals, medical history, and physical abilities
- Design personalized workout programs based on client's goals, limitations, and preferences
- Demonstrate proper use of equipment and techniques to ensure safety during workouts
- Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to their plan
- Provide guidance on nutrition and healthy lifestyle habits
- Offer motivation, support, and accountability to help clients reach their goals
- Maintain accurate records of client progress
