Restaurant Manager


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Indian Restaurant Manager to join our team in Albena, a beautiful seaside city in Bulgaria. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations including staff management, customer service, and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and train a diverse team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff
- Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times
- Monitor and maintain financial performance, including budgeting and forecasting
- Create and implement strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the restaurant
- Develop relationships with suppliers to ensure quality products are consistently available
- Handle any customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
- Work closely with the Head Chef to develop new menu items and specials

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role within the restaurant industry
- Must be fluent in English (additional languages such as Hindi or Punjabi are an asset)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with a passion for creating memorable dining experiences
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial management
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be willing to relocate to Albena
