Entry-Level Radio Technician

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Radio Technician. As a leading communications company in Karachi, we are looking for someone who is passionate about radio technology and eager to learn and grow in this field. This is a full-time position with a starting salary of $1000 per month, with potential for growth and advancement.

As an Entry-Level Radio Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing radio equipment for our clients. This includes radios used in communication systems for businesses, emergency services, and government agencies. You will work closely with experienced technicians and engineers to learn the necessary skills and techniques to become a proficient radio technician.

We are looking for candidates who have a basic understanding of electronics and are comfortable working with tools and equipment. While previous experience in the field is not required, candidates with some experience or education in radio technology will be given preference. However, we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair various types of radio equipment
- Conduct routine inspections and testing of equipment
- Diagnose technical issues and provide solutions
- Perform installations according to specifications
- Maintain accurate records of all work performed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic understanding of electronics
- Comfortable working with tools and equipment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience or education in radio technology or related field
- Familiarity with different types of radios including two-way radios, mobile radios, repeaters etc.
- Knowledge of FCC rules and regulations related to radio communication
