Job Title: Architecture Manager



We are in search of an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Chelyabinsk. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects. Your main goal will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the desired quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all architectural design activities, including conceptual design, schematic design, design development, and construction documentation.
- Oversee the selection and coordination of external consultants such as structural engineers, MEP engineers, and contractors.
- Review and approve project plans and specifications to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion within budget.
- Lead regular team meetings to discuss project status, issues, and solutions.
- Conduct site visits as needed to inspect work progress and address any issues or concerns.
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and legal to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff members.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit or other architectural software.

Salary:
This is a contract position with a salary of $1600 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Chelyabinsk. Relocation assistance is not provided.
