Urgent Restaurant Manager

A busy restaurant in Jeddah is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Restaurant Manager to lead our team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for exceptional customer service, and a proven track record of managing successful restaurants. This is an urgent position, requiring immediate availability.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory management, and financial performance
- Create and maintain a positive work environment for employees
- Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Monitor food quality and ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Manage employee schedules and handle any staffing issues or conflicts that may arise
- Conduct regular staff training sessions to maintain high levels of service standards
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Proven ability to increase sales and profitability through effective management techniques
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must have valid visa sponsorship for employment in Jeddah
- Fluency in English is required

Salary: 1100$ per month
