Indian Chef in Moscow

We are seeking an experienced Indian Chef to join our team in Moscow. As a member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking traditional Indian dishes according to our menu and standards. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of traditional Indian dishes, including curries, tandoori, and biryani.
- Ensure that all dishes are prepared and presented according to our menu and standards.
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.
- Monitor food supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Train and supervise junior chefs or kitchen assistants.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Indian Chef, preferably in a restaurant or hotel setting.
- In-depth knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Preferred qualifications:
- Diploma in Culinary Arts or relevant field.
- Certification from an accredited culinary program specializing in Indian cuisine.
- Fluency in English is preferred but not required.
