Barista - Indian Nationals Only (Contract Position)

As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating and serving high-quality coffee and tea beverages to our customers. We are seeking Indian nationals who are passionate about coffee and have a strong work ethic to join our team on a contract basis in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea drinks, including espresso, cappuccino, lattes, and more
- Ensure consistency in beverage quality by following proper recipes and measurements
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, equipment, and dining area
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist with inventory management, restocking supplies as needed

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national with a valid residence visa in Dubai
- Ability to work on a contract basis without prior experience as a Barista
- Passion for coffee with basic knowledge of different brewing methods and latte art skills preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to take customer orders accurately
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for processing payments
- Flexible schedule with availability to work weekends and holidays

Salary: AED 1000 per month
