We are seeking a talented and experienced Preservation Architect to join our team in Vilnius. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historical buildings, structures, and sites while adhering to conservation principles and guidelines. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring the longevity and authenticity of these important pieces of history.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site surveys and assessments of historical buildings and structures
- Develop preservation plans and proposals, including cost estimates and timelines
- Oversee the restoration process, ensuring compliance with preservation guidelines
- Collaborate with other professionals such as engineers, contractors, and historians
- Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and contracts for restoration work
- Monitor progress of restoration projects and make any necessary adjustments or changes
- Conduct research on historical styles, materials, and construction techniques
- Stay up-to-date with current preservation standards and guidelines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in preservation architecture
- Knowledge of conservation principles, historical styles, materials, and construction techniques
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to conduct on-site surveys and assessments
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other design software
- Experience working with contractors
- Willingness to travel for site visits

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this full-time position.
