Information Security Analyst (Contract)


We are seeking an experienced Information Security Analyst to join our team on a contract basis. As an Information Security Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our company's information and data. This includes conducting risk assessments, developing security policies and procedures, implementing security controls, and monitoring for any potential threats or vulnerabilities.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct risk assessments to determine potential security vulnerabilities
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures
- Monitor networks and systems for any potential threats or breaches
- Perform regular security audits to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Identify and analyze any security incidents or breaches
- Develop incident response plans and lead in responding to any security incidents
- Provide training and education to employees on information security best practices
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in information security

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in information security
- Knowledge of industry standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, etc.
- Experience with risk assessment methodologies
- Familiarity with network protocols and infrastructure
- Ability to analyze complex data sets
- Strong communication skills
- Relevant certifications (e.g. CISSP, CISM) are a plus

Location: Lahore (Candidates from other cities will be considered)
Salary: $1600 (Negotiable based on experience)
