Construction Site Manager


We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Site Manager to oversee our projects in Bayan, India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and other personnel involved in the project
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
- Monitor progress of construction work and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or issues
- Maintain detailed records of project expenses, materials used, and work completed
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as architects, engineers, and government officials

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of safety regulations for construction sites
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Proficient in project management software
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Salary: $1600/month

This is a full-time position with accommodation provided. It is suitable for male candidates who are willing to relocate to Bayan. Fluency in English is preferred but not required.
