Construction Manager



We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our projects in Bayan, India. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This includes managing budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules in collaboration with clients and contractors
- Oversee construction activities to ensure they are carried out according to plans and specifications
- Manage project budgets by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving measures
- Hire and supervise subcontractors, laborers, and other personnel as needed
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Communicate progress updates and address any issues or delays that may arise
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality of workmanship meets standards
- Prepare progress reports for clients and stakeholders
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors for materials and equipment

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager in residential or commercial projects
- Proven track record of successfully completing projects on time within budget
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and contract management
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively
- Proficient in project management software such as Primavera or Microsoft Project
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Salary: $1100/month

Location: Bayan, India (Preference for Indian nationals)
