Industrial Alpinist

Our company is seeking an experienced Industrial Alpinist to join our team in Vilnius, Lithuania. As an Industrial Alpinist, you will be responsible for performing various tasks at great heights using specialized equipment and techniques. This is a physically demanding role that requires strong climbing skills and the ability to work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities:
- Perform high altitude inspections, repairs, and construction work on industrial structures such as bridges, towers, and buildings
- Rig ropes and other equipment to safely access work areas
- Operate specialized tools and machinery while suspended at heights
- Conduct safety checks before and during each job
- Communicate with team members via radio or hand signals
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures at all times
- Document work progress and report any issues or concerns to supervisor

Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Industrial Alpinist or similar role
- Strong technical climbing skills and experience working at heights
- Physically fit and able to perform strenuous tasks for extended periods of time
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
- Valid certifications for industrial alpinism (e.g. IRATA, SPRAT)
- Willingness to travel for projects if required

Salary: $1600 per month (negotiable based on experience)

This is a full-time position with the possibility of overtime hours. Accommodation can be provided if needed. We are looking for someone who is available to start immediately for urgent projects.
