Facade Technician



As a Facade Technician in Acre, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing building facades to ensure the safety and structural integrity of the buildings. Your role will involve working with a team of professionals to carry out inspections, identify potential issues, and implement necessary repairs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of building facades to identify any damage or deterioration.
- Perform necessary repairs and maintenance on building facades using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Install new facade materials as needed, ensuring proper fit and adherence to safety regulations.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop solutions for complex facade issues.
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used for reporting purposes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in facade technology.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Facade Technician or similar role.
- Knowledge of various facade materials and repair techniques.
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Physically fit with the ability to work at heights and in challenging weather conditions.
- Good communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus).
- Valid biometric passport for foreign nationals.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1400 per month, along with accommodation. This is a contract job with the potential for long-term employment based on performance.
