Data Analytics Specialist



As a Data Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing large datasets and providing insights and recommendations to drive business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in the data and communicate your findings in a clear and concise manner.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, organize, and analyze data from various sources to identify key performance indicators
- Create reports and visualizations to effectively communicate data insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Develop predictive models and perform statistical analysis to forecast future trends
- Work with business leaders to understand their data needs and provide actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data integrity and accuracy
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in data analytics or related field
- Proficient in SQL and advanced Excel functions
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical information in a clear manner

Salary: $1000 per month

Location: Akron, USA (Indians preferred)
