Online Consultant - Kaunas, Lithuania

As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients through various online channels. Your main duties will include responding to customer inquiries and concerns, providing product recommendations and information, and resolving any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and identifying opportunities for improvement in our processes.

To excel in this role, you must have excellent communication skills in English and the ability to effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in customer service or sales is preferred, but not required. You should also have a strong understanding of online platforms and be comfortable navigating various websites and social media channels.

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1000 per month. The position is located in Kaunas, Lithuania, but we welcome candidates of any nationality who are fluent in English. This job does not include accommodation, so applicants should already have suitable living arrangements in Kaunas.
