Online Consultant for Indian Market in Kaunas, Lithuania


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Consultant to join our growing team in Kaunas. As an Online Consultant for the Indian market, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our Indian clients. This is a part-time position with a competitive salary of 1200$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with Indian clients through various online platforms including email, chat, and social media
- Provide product recommendations and answer any questions or concerns
- Assist in solving any technical issues that may arise
- Keep track of client inquiries and provide timely updates and resolutions
- Collaborate with other team members to improve customer satisfaction and retention
- Stay up-to-date on company products and services to effectively assist clients
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times while representing the company

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Native proficiency in Hindi or other Indian languages is preferred but not required
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is an asset
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients
- Knowledge of online platforms such as social media, chat, and email
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be legally authorized to work in Lithuania without visa sponsorship
