Online Consultant for English-Speaking Pakistani Women in Kaunas

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Online Consultant to provide support and guidance for English-speaking Pakistani women living in Kaunas. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing virtual counseling services, resources, and referrals for women facing personal, social, or cultural challenges. You will also collaborate with local organizations to promote mental health awareness and create a supportive community for Pakistani women in Kaunas.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual counseling sessions with English-speaking Pakistani women
- Provide advice and support on a variety of personal, social, and cultural issues
- Create personalized action plans to help women overcome challenges and achieve their goals
- Connect clients with relevant resources and referrals when needed
- Collaborate with local organizations to organize workshops and events promoting mental health awareness
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress

Requirements:
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Urdu/Punjabi preferred
- Degree in Counseling, Psychology or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Proven experience providing counseling services or support to individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Knowledge of the unique challenges faced by Pakistani women living abroad
- Empathetic listener with strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: 1300$ per month (negotiable based on qualifications)

Location: This is a remote position based in Kaunas, Lithuania. Candidates must have their own computer/laptop and reliable internet connection.
