We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Bungoma, Kenya. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the game
- Train and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance levels
- Prepare regular sales reports for management review

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
