As a Barista at our café in Isa Town, Bahrain, you will be responsible for crafting delicious coffee and tea beverages for our customers. You will be part of a dynamic team that values quality, customer service, and creativity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to our menu and customer preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café including the bar area, equipment, and seating areas
- Take orders from customers, handle cash transactions accurately, and provide exceptional customer service
- Ensure that all food safety standards are met when handling and preparing food items
- Stay updated on current coffee trends and make recommendations to improve menu offerings
- Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and placing orders when necessary
- Train new employees on coffee preparation techniques, menu items, and customer service standards

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in hospitality or food service is a plus
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of different brewing methods such as pour-over, French press, etc.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and procedures
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Customer-oriented mindset with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

We offer competitive salary of 1800$ per month with accommodation provided. Visa sponsorship is available for international candidates.
