Barista vacancy in Isa Town Bahrain

Barista (Entry Level)
We are a busy coffee shop located in the vibrant city of Isa Town. We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an entry-level Barista. This is a contract position with the potential for growth within our company.

As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks. You will also be expected to maintain a clean and organized work space, take customer orders, handle cash transactions, and provide excellent customer service.

We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and has a passion for coffee. While no prior experience is required, previous customer service or food service experience would be considered an asset. Training will be provided on-site to ensure that you have the skills and knowledge to excel in this role.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and possess basic math skills. You must also be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds. A positive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task are also essential qualities we are seeking in our Barista.

In addition to your barista duties, you may also be responsible for helping with other tasks such as restocking supplies or assisting with cleaning duties during slow periods. Flexibility in your schedule is important as shifts may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
