Head Pastry Chef


We are seeking a talented and experienced Head Pastry Chef to join our team at our luxury hotel in Al-Malikiyah. As the Head Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of pastry and dessert production for our restaurant, banquets, and room service. You will lead a team of pastry chefs and ensure that all pastries are prepared to the highest standards and in line with our menu offerings.

Responsibilities:
- Create and develop new pastry recipes that align with our menu offerings
- Oversee the production of all pastries, desserts, and baked goods for the restaurant, banquets, and room service
- Train and mentor junior pastry chefs on proper techniques and procedures
- Ensure that all pastries are prepared to the highest standards of taste, appearance, and quality
- Manage inventory levels of pastry ingredients to minimize waste and maximize profitability
- Develop cost-effective menus while maintaining high-quality standards
- Work closely with other departments to coordinate pastry needs for events and special occasions
- Maintain sanitation standards in the kitchen to ensure food safety regulations are met

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Pastry Chef or similar role in a high-end establishment
- In-depth knowledge of various pastry techniques, ingredients, equipment, and recipes
- Ability to manage a team effectively while maintaining a positive work environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train others
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail to create visually appealing pastries
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices

Qualifications:
- Degree or certification in Culinary Arts or relevant field is preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Pastry Chef
-Salary: 1400$ per month
