As a Welder, you will be responsible for using specialized equipment to join metal parts together for various construction and manufacturing projects. Your duties will include reading and interpreting blueprints, selecting appropriate welding techniques and materials, and performing quality checks on completed work. You must have experience in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding methods and be able to work with a variety of metals such as steel, aluminum, and copper. Attention to detail is crucial in this role as well as the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine project specifications
- Select the appropriate welding method and equipment based on project requirements
- Clean, prepare, and set up welding materials and equipment
- Weld metal parts together using MIG, TIG, or Stick methods
- Monitor the welding process for quality control
- Troubleshoot any issues with welding equipment or materials
- Perform routine maintenance on welding tools and equipment
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures while working with hot metal objects

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding methods
- Familiarity with a variety of metals such as steel, aluminum, and copper
- Ability to read blueprints accurately
- Attention to detail with strong hand-eye coordination
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with others

Salary: $1300/month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Acre (preference for Pakistani or African nationals)
