Web Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer to join our team in Vilnius. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for designing and creating visually appealing and functional websites. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and translate them into effective designs. The ideal candidate will have excellent design skills, a strong understanding of user experience, and proficiency in web development tools such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their website requirements and goals
- Design user-friendly interfaces for websites using industry-standard tools
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to present design ideas
- Develop visual designs that align with the client's brand identity and aesthetic
- Implement design elements into functioning websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Conduct testing to ensure website functionality across different devices and browsers
- Stay updated on the latest web design trends and techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Web Design or related field
- Proven work experience as a Web Designer or similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous web design projects
- Proficiency in web development tools such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Knowledge of graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator
- Understanding of user experience principles and best practices
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients and team members
