Sales Manager (Pakistani and Nepali candidates preferred)


We are in need of a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Washington. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales team and driving business growth. This position is open to Pakistani and Nepali candidates, but all nationalities are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
- Manage and lead the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities for growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Analyze sales data and provide reports to upper management on performance and forecasts
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and product development to align strategies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales management within the same industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
- Proficient in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $900 per month for this position. In addition, there is potential for bonuses based on performance.

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. However, flexibility may be required depending on business needs.
