We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Technologist to join our team in Lisbon. As an Architectural Technologist, you will work closely with architects and engineers to assist in the design, planning, and construction of building projects. Your main responsibilities will include creating technical drawings and models using specialized software, conducting site visits and surveys, and ensuring that all designs comply with building codes and regulations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other architectural software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop design plans for building projects
- Create detailed technical drawings and 3D models using specialized software
- Conduct site visits to gather information for design development
- Research building codes and regulations to ensure designs comply with requirements
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals, budgets, and timelines
- Communicate with contractors, suppliers, and other professionals involved in the project to ensure smooth progress
- Review contractor's drawings for accuracy
- Assist with project coordination, including attending meetings and providing updates on project progress
