Architectural Technologist



We are a growing architectural firm based in Lisbon, seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, construction techniques, and building codes. They will also possess excellent technical skills and be proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant software.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop detailed construction drawings
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project progress
- Prepare project proposals, reports, and specifications
- Review building plans for compliance with codes and regulations
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction techniques
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
