Part-Time Waiter/Waitress in Manama



We are looking for a part-time waiter/waitress to join our team at a busy restaurant in Manama. As a waiter/waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all guests have an enjoyable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting and seating guests, taking orders, and serving food and beverages
- Providing menu recommendations and answering any questions about menu items
- Handling guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Operating the POS system to process payments
- Setting up tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
- Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Upselling menu items and promoting specials to guests

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for processing payments accurately
- Must be able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Must be legally eligible to work in Manama
