A reputable restaurant in Manama is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented waiter/waitress to join our team. As a waiter/waitress, you will play a key role in ensuring our guests have an enjoyable dining experience by providing excellent service and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus to guests, answer questions, and make recommendations based on their preferences
- Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests
- Ensure all orders are served promptly and accurately
- Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or requests
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean dining area by clearing tables, washing dishes, and sanitizing surfaces as needed
- Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures at all times

Requirements:
- No prior experience required but previous work experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Must have a friendly demeanor with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Must have own visa/work permit in Bahrain
- Suitable for male candidates
