We are a leading architectural firm based in Funchal, Portugal and we are seeking a talented and experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting in the design, development, and delivery of architectural projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with architects and engineers to develop detailed architectural drawings and plans
- Utilize software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp to create 2D and 3D models
- Assist in the preparation of technical specifications and project documentation
- Conduct site visits to gather information and ensure project progress meets design specifications
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide creative solutions
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to improve design processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant software
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, building codes, and regulations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 900$ per month along with accommodation in Funchal. Visa sponsorship can also be provided for the right candidate.
