Architectural Technologist

We are hiring an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Wiltz. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting in the design and planning of building projects. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that all designs meet building codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to create detailed drawings and plans for building projects
- Conduct site visits to gather measurements and assess the existing conditions of buildings
- Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create 2D and 3D models of buildings
- Review building plans for compliance with building codes and regulations
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals, bids, and presentations
- Communicate with contractors, suppliers, and other professionals involved in the construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations in Wiltz preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Fluency in English is preferred

Salary: $1600 per month
