We are in search of a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Karachi. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high-quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food and beverage industry, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for creating a positive dining experience.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including staffing, inventory management, budgeting, and customer service.
- Hire, train, and manage front-of-house and back-of-house staff to ensure efficient and effective service.
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Manage inventory levels to minimize waste and control costs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotions and events to attract new customers.
- Conduct performance evaluations for staff members and provide ongoing training as needed.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
- Experience working in the food and beverage industry is required.
- Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant's operations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively lead a team.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles for budgeting purposes.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Education:
A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred.

Salary:
$1500 per month.

Location:
Karachi, Pakistan.
