Job Title: Project Manager - Biometric Technology (Porto, Portugal)

As a Project Manager in the field of biometric technology, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of biometric projects in our Porto office. Your main goal will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of biometric technology and its various applications. You should also have excellent project management skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage biometric projects from start to finish
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with clients
- Create detailed project plans and timelines
- Allocate resources and coordinate tasks among team members
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed
- Ensure projects are completed within budget constraints
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on project status
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Project Manager in the field of biometric technology
- Strong knowledge of biometric technology and its applications
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
