As a concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting guests with their needs during their stay in Las Vegas. Your main duty will be to ensure that all guests have an enjoyable and stress-free experience while staying at our luxurious hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and events
- Make reservations for dining, shows, and other activities upon guest request
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain knowledge of current events and activities in Las Vegas to provide personalized recommendations to guests
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Excellent communication skills and ability to speak multiple languages is a plus
- Strong knowledge of Las Vegas area attractions, restaurants, and events
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism
- Good problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
