Contract Office Assistant in Bergen, Norway
We are seeking a dependable and organized Office Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Bergen, Norway. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone without previous experience as we will provide on-the-job training.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Maintain contact lists
- Book travel arrangements
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail
- Good time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines
Salary: $1500 per month
Location: Bergen, Norway
Contract Duration: 6 months
