Moderator - Alta, Norway



As a Moderator, you will be responsible for facilitating discussions and ensuring a positive and respectful online community within our platform. You will review user-generated content, enforce community guidelines, and address any inappropriate behavior or content. Your role will also involve responding to user inquiries and providing support as needed.

Requirements:
- Experience in moderating online communities or forums
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Knowledge of social media platforms and their policies
- Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends

Preferred:
- Knowledge of the Norwegian language
- Previous experience with content moderation tools

Salary:
We offer a salary of 1000$ per month, with accommodation provided.

Location:
This position is located in Alta, Norway. While nationality is not a strict requirement, preference will be given to candidates who are already living in the area or willing to relocate.
